The job holder will provide RTT & Data Quality Training and Application support to all users of the Trust's Information Systems. As part of this role, you will also be involved in several other functions undertaken by the Data Quality Team including: RTT & Data Quality Training on Trust Information Systems Creation of eLearning You will be expected to lead in the provision of RTT & Data Quality Training and Support across all North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust Sites. Education/Knowledge and Qualifications
Educated to GCSE level standard English Language at Grade A-C or equivalent Training Qualification Business Qualification, e.g. NVQ in Business Admin Experience
Previous experience in the use of Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and Electronic Patient Records (EPR) Previous experience in an administrative/customer support role Previous experience of working in a health care setting Demonstrate knowledge and experience of general office practices Previous experience in a training environment Experience of managing staff Previous experience of eLearning creation Communication
