Short-Term Temporary Requirement: Reporting Analyst – Remote / London Hybrid Immediate Interviews (via Teams) – Start Jan 2025 We are seeking a temporary Reporting Analyst to support immediate priorities within a CRM Go-Live Programme. This role will focus on delivering specific short-term objectives to ensure readiness and clarity around reporting, data selection, and Power BI development. There is also an opportunity for this temporary position to transition into a permanent role. Key Responsibilities: Audit and Document Reports: Finalise a comprehensive list of all required reports, detailing the generation process (e.g., Power BI, CRM, or other systems) and the relevant data sources, criteria, and steps involved. FASTSTATS Review: Review and validate the current selection criteria used for FastStats to ensure they are accurate, efficient, and aligned with business requirements. Process Review: Support the team by reviewing and documenting current processes, identifying gaps, and making recommendations for streamlining. Power BI Feasibility Assessment: Review existing Power BI reporting requirements, assessing their development feasibility and identifying opportunities for optimization and simplification of dashboards and visualizations. Ideal Candidate: Proficient in Power BI: Skilled in report creation, dashboard development, DAX, and SQL. Experience in conducting report audits and ensuring data accuracy. Strong understanding of data selection processes (e.g., FastStats) and their application. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify technical insights for non-technical users. Ability to provide actionable recommendations for process improvement and reporting optimisation. Familiarity with the Not-for-Profit sector and GDPR compliance is desirable. Duration & Opportunity: This is a temporary role focused on delivering the listed objectives. There is an opportunity for the role to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
