Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities Join our dynamic team as a Workplace Manager, where you will lead and manage our UK property portfolio to create safe, flexible, and productive environments. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality workplace services that align with our objectives and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a UK-based team to deliver the workplace strategy, ensuring high service standards. Engage with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure swift and effective response to service requests. Monitor Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies across all office locations. Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements. Manage M&E, PPM, and compliance documentation, ensuring timely updates. Oversee budgets and ensure value for money from suppliers. Monitor and report on SLAs and KPIs, driving continuous improvement. About You • Proven experience managing a portfolio of multi-use and listed buildings. • Strong negotiation and project management skills. • Experience in leading diverse teams and managing suppliers. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • MICE/CIOB/IMechE/RICS membership qualifications along with MIWFM, IOSH & NEBOSH International certification. • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
