Job Description - The Role Working with the Group Head of Risk and Assurance, an experienced enterprise risk professional is sought to work across region and global teams to embed, align and converge approach to risk management and reporting, to champion/demonstrate the value-add of converged approach with risk owners, region leadership and global board and committees. Candidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience In this role you will: Collaborate with the Group Head of Risk and Assurance to embed and align risk management approaches across regional and global teams. Champion the value of a unified risk management approach with risk owners, regional leadership, and global boards/committees. Build strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, from local risk owners to board committees, to drive risk management initiatives. Influence senior leaders and decision-makers to adopt and support risk management practices. Plan, execute, and deliver risk management assignments, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery. Develop and deliver clear, insightful risk reports using tools ranging from Excel to bespoke risk reporting software. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams, adopting a coaching and supportive working style. Maintain a strong understanding of the interconnections between risks, controls, and assurance to provide holistic insights. Work effectively in a global, virtual environment, managing activities across time zones and cultures. Use excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and present complex risk concepts in a clear, impactful manner. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Experience in business partnering across all organisational levels, including board committees and local risk owners. Proven ability to navigate and collaborate effectively in multistakeholder environments. Demonstrated capability to influence senior leaders and decision-makers. Collaborative and coaching working style, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing. Strong understanding of the connections between risk, controls, and assurance frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences. Proficiency in risk reporting, including experience with mainstream tools such as Excel and bespoke risk reporting software.
