Key Responsibilities: Lead finance operations, including payment processing, reconciliations, and financial control. Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Oversee payroll processing. Take full P&L responsibility for four business units. Collaborate with our accountant on Companies House filings. Develop insightful quarterly board presentations with industry research and actionable recommendations. Drive monthly reporting and foster cross-team collaboration to improve operational efficiencies. Xero expertise required
