Fundraising Manager , where you’ll work closely with our CEO to drive our charity’s fundraising and income generation efforts. About the Role In this role, you’ll: Strategically identify and cultivate opportunities across community, corporate, trusts and foundations, individual giving, and legacies, transforming them into lasting partnerships. Create compelling proposals and project plans to secure significant funding, ensuring the success of both current and future initiatives. Be a key driver of growth, turning innovative ideas into sustainable income streams. What We Offer Competitive salary of Circa. £43,000 per annum. Company pension scheme. Could this be the ideal role for me? To be considered for this role, you will require the following skills and competencies: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience gained. Proven experience in fundraising. Experience of working for a charity or health-related organisations. A track record of establishing, leading, and growing a broad range of income streams and delivering successful fundraising strategies which achieve significant uplift in income generation for an organisation. Previous line-management experience. A track record in developing strong internal and external relationships and partnerships. Excellent writing skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and collaborative by nature. Proactive, self-motivated, and innovative, capable of working on their own and as part of a team.
