This role is a fixed-term contract until July 2025. System C is the UK’s leading health and social care software and services company. Our easy-to-use IT platforms provide a complete view of the individual across all care settings, helping integrate services and improve care. We are a British company with over 35 years’ experience. We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team to assist with the delivery of the new ERP system, NetSuite, associated integrations and automation activities. This project role plays an integral part in supporting the finance function, working closely with the finance team steering committee to ensure the new system meets the needs of the business and is successfully implemented. Responsibilities: Supporting work to implement new ERP system and business processes. Working with stakeholders and third parties to understand and identify areas for improvement. Creation of process maps and documentation. Creation of business scenarios for testing and performing testing. Support migration activities for Data Lead in extracting data, data structures etc. Supporting training for go-live. Meet deliverables and timelines to successful resolution. Knowledge/Experience: A good understanding of financial accounting, and an appreciation of the integrity of financial data and reporting. Experience in finance projects/implementation, preferably in NetSuite. Experience of defining and implementing new processes. Experience of creating business scenarios for testing and completing testing. Strong analytical skills; able to produce and report critical information and patterns from complex data, producing accurate conclusions and recommendations. Experience of data migration processes and practice. Mandatory Skills & Behaviours: Preferably a qualified or part-qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). Have a full, valid driving license.
