Leading technical operations across marine systems, IT, and engineering to optimize asset performance. Developing and implementing innovative strategies for asset management, ensuring compliance and safety. Managing and mentoring a motivated team, fostering collaboration and growth. Partnering with stakeholders to align technical and commercial strategies. Driving the adoption of sustainable practices and emerging technologies. Are you the ideal candidate? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical Engineering. 8–10 years of experience in asset management, with 5+ years in leadership. Proven track record in managing large-scale technical assets. Knowledge of asset management systems, compliance, and lifecycle management. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
