The Opportunity As Head of Design, you will take the reins of projects involving over 500 designers across multiple design organisations while managing a core team of 50+ experts. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives on delivering innovative, integrated design solutions at scale. Your Role Take ownership of the entire design strategy, driving collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and supply chain organisations. Ensure all design solutions meet project requirements, from initial concept to handover. Lead on integrating technical solutions across multiple design consultants and contractors. Work closely with stakeholders to align, challenge, and certify project requirements. Oversee design reviews, interdisciplinary checks, and ensure seamless coordination. Certify the completeness and accuracy of all deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes. What You'll Need Significant experience in a similar leadership role within large-scale, complex infrastructure projects. Expertise in managing large design teams, ensuring alignment and integration across diverse disciplines. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and construction regulations.
