Private Client Solicitor Location: Guildford Job Type: Full-time Salary: £45,000 - £80,000 (DOE) We are in search of a Private Client Solicitor to join our bustling office in Guildford. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and be open to all levels of post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate, inheritance tax, and estate planning. Day-to-day of the role: Independently manage a varied caseload of private client matters. Provide expert legal advice on wills, trusts, estate planning, and related areas. Draft, review, and execute legal documents with precision and care. Offer guidance and support to clients through complex legal processes. Collaborate with colleagues across our offices to maintain high standards of client service. Participate in business development and networking initiatives to foster the department’s growth. Required Skills & Qualifications: A Legal Practicing certificate (CILeX OR LPC / SQE) Demonstrable experience in managing a full spectrum of private client cases. Capability to independently manage and run your own files. Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong business development and networking skills.
