Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage Azure solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.
Administer and support Windows servers and workstations in a hybrid cloud environment.
Configure and maintain Azure networking components, including Virtual Networks, VPNs, and ExpressRoute.
Manage Citrix environments to ensure seamless access to applications and resources.
Implement and manage identity and access solutions using Okta.
Track and resolve technical issues using the ConnectWise ticketing system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and reliability.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
Document processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.
Skills/Must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and related cloud services.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and administration.
Familiarity with networking concepts and Azure networking tools.
Experience with Citrix virtualization technologies.
Proficiency in Okta or similar identity management solutions.
Familiarity with ConnectWise or other ticketing systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
