Digital Marketing Executive (Hybrid/Remote)

Skilled in clearly conveying ideas, managing internal and external stakeholders, and crafting effective messages. Core Responsibilities

Email Marketing:

Develop email campaign concepts, create email content, and manage A/B testing to optimise engagement. Social Media Management:

Oversee social media content creation or manage external partners to maintain 10+ posts per month. Campaign Assistance:

Assist in creating communication flows for different user segments (homeowners, trades) including SMS and direct mail campaigns. Ad Creative Development:

Create, test, and refine ad creatives for Meta and Google platforms. Campaign Testing:

Experiment with display campaigns (GDN, Taboola) and test LinkedIn ad strategies. Content Support:

Collaborate on content generation, editing, and managing PR/influencer partnerships. Keyword & Campaign Research:

Conduct keyword research and set up Google Search campaigns. Brand Building:

Support both online and offline brand campaigns with strategic planning and execution. Promotions & Campaign Development:

Create promotions that cater to various audience segments. Minimum Requirements

Experience:

2+ years in digital marketing, with a broad skill set rather than a narrow specialization. Paid Social:

Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising. Email & SMS Marketing:

Practical knowledge of email and SMS marketing techniques, including audience segmentation and funnel development. Paid Search:

Proficiency in managing Google and Bing Ads campaigns. Communication Flows:

Experience in setting up automated communication flows for marketing funnels. Preferred Skills (Not all essential)

SEO & Content Marketing:

Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing strategy, and keyword analysis. HTML & Basic Design:

Basic HTML skills and experience collaborating with design contractors or using design tools like Canva/Adobe. Analytics & Tracking:

Experience with analytics tools and tracking setup, such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console. Generative AI Tools:

Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar tools to support content ideation and creation. Affiliate Marketing:

Experience in affiliate management or partnership development. Prerequisites

Tools:

Proficiency in Excel, Word, Canva, and Adobe software. Work Style:
