Join Close Brothers Treasury Team where you will be working within the Governance, Risk & Control team as part of 1LOD in the Treasury business. This will involve supporting the Heads of Risk Governance & Control and Treasury IT with delivery on the technology strategy for the department.

The role holder will build effective relationships across the Treasury business and Central IT. This will include escalating issues to colleagues within the central Group IT Support and Technology functions, prioritisation of IT activity in support of the functional strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES Develop comprehensive understanding of Treasury divisions business initiatives, technology and IT service landscape including the Treasury Management System, and the systems used by each team within the business. Liaise with end users and IT to ensure queries and issues are addressed promptly. Support defining, planning, and delivering initiatives of the Treasury Division's Technology strategy. Support technology releases. Maintain a prioritised pipeline of tickets for future releases and help ensure requirements are clearly documented and articulated; attend preview calls to review release content and work with the business and central Test Management to ensure testing success with auditable outputs. Escalate issues back to the Head of IT, internal stakeholders, and the external vendor. Work with the central Test Management team to maintain a Regression Test Pack around releases assist the business with any process changes required in response to system changes. Lead meetings and calls with business representatives, Central IT, and external vendors to drive progress on resolution of issues. WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Strong IT Support background Able to assimilate business information quickly. Able to communicate clearly between technical teams and non-technical end users. Confident speaking face to face with multiple stakeholders Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Pragmatic, with a keen attention to detail Ability to prioritise effectively and execute tasks for multiple stakeholders by pre-agreed deadlines, moving between tasks flexibly in response to changing circumstances or urgency. Positive attitude, resilient, and open to change Highly self-motivated IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Experience working in the banking sector. Experience working in an IT Service Desk or Service Delivery Management role.
