The team is seeking a driven solicitor, with a background in social housing or commercial property/litigation who would like to specialise in this area.
This role involves:
Managing a caseload of disrepair cases for housing associations and local authorities Handling possession claims, injunctions, and other housing-related matters Providing expert legal guidance on housing laws and tenancy issues Collaborating with local organisations and government bodies to create effective housing solutions
The ideal candidate would be: NQ-5 years PQE Experience or an interest in social housing legal matters
