We are seeking an experienced

Line Management Coordinator

to join our team at Outcomes First Group. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the line management of our onsite clinical team, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and care. The ideal candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. They will possess excellent leadership skills, experience in report writing, and a strong understanding of clinical policies and procedures. A salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role. Additional benefits include a family growth support package, inclusive benefits covering enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and paid fertility treatment support.
