Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Community Rehabilitation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work with medium and lower risk clients to assess and manage risks, provide information to courts, and support offenders in their rehabilitation. You will be responsible for: Evaluating client needs and developing tailored support plans Liaising with criminal courts, criminal justice agencies, and other partner organizations to ensure seamless case management Providing expert advice on housing, employment, and other essential services This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of offenders and contribute to the broader goals of the Ministry of Justice. Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum Our Team
