About the Role

As an Offender Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and managing risks associated with medium and lower risk clients. You will work closely with agencies throughout the justice system to provide information to courts and support offenders in their rehabilitation. Key responsibilities include: Evaluating client needs and developing personalized support plans Liaising with criminal courts, criminal justice agencies, and other partner organizations to ensure effective case management Providing practical advice on housing, employment, and other essential services With a strong focus on community safety, you will play a crucial role in helping offenders turn their lives around and reintegrate into society. Estimated Salary: £27,500 - £32,500 per annum About Us
