We are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor with Health and Safety to create an impact at our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey (commutable from South London). Key Responsibilities:
Provide an Occupational Health service to employees at our Weybridge office and satellite offices in Harrogate and Tunbridge Wells. Manage employee OH referrals and key on-site wellbeing, health, and safety initiatives. Collaborate with line managers and HR to develop action plans for employees requiring further support or intervention. Liaise with First Aiders and Safety Team to ensure full competency and adequate responses to onsite incidents. Ensure compliance with P&G Health System Key Elements and Health, Safety and Environmental standards. Requirements:
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration Relevant occupational health qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH certificate) Experience in occupational health nursing within a commercial office environment Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards Good digital and IT skills and comfortable using a PC and basic Microsoft programmes such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel What We Offer:
