Senior Onsite Manager
to oversee the line management of our onsite clinical team, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and care. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to coordinate staff training, consultation, and development, while also contributing to the overall framework of our service policies and procedures. A recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC is required, along with excellent leadership skills and experience in supervision and team management. This is a permanent, term-time only contract, with opportunities for flexibility and career progression. The annual salary for this role is £38,000 - £50,000, depending on experience.
