As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pupils with Autism, helping them to reach their full potential and thrive in their education. You will work closely with the teaching staff to prepare learning materials, run classroom activities, and provide emotional and physical support to our pupils. Key Responsibilities: Support pupils with Autism in a classroom setting Prepare learning materials and run activities Provide emotional and physical support to pupils Work collaboratively with teaching staff Requirements: Previous experience working with pupils with Autism (desirable) Adaptability and ability to work in a variety of roles Caring and responsive approach About Us: Hillingdon Manor School provides specialist education for 185 pupils, aged between 3.5 and 19.
