Director of Finance Manager

Key responsibilities: Leading key business relationships, ensuring consistent service performance reviews and progress tracking; playing a pivotal role in establishing metrics, gathering feedback, and implementing actionable plans to drive improvement. Championing financial controls and audit compliance, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and recommending process improvements to enhance overall efficiency. Motivating and supporting the team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and opportunities for professional development. Overseeing accurate and timely period-end close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and ensuring adherence to internal and external policies. Ensuring compliance will be a key focus, as well as driving operational excellence. Working closely with leadership to shape and deliver a robust process improvement roadmap. About you: Prior experience of leading and developing a team within a global / corporate / multi-entity business. Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Solid experience of month-end close processes and streamlining to drive efficiencies and process improvements. Experience & knowledge of process improvement, business transformation, governance and project delivery. Evidence of building and maintaining strong relationships with senior business stakeholders.
