Position Overview:
A small start-up recruitment agency in Kent (West Malling/Kingshill area) is looking for an IT/Tech Recruiter to join their business either remotely or on a hybrid basis. You must be within a commutable distance of the West Malling area. The company offers total flexibility in relation to working arrangements (hybrid or remote) and also earning potential (salary with commission or commission only can be discussed). The role has scope to start building a team around you at a pace you feel comfortable with, and you will be fully supported by the board. Requirements
Significant experience of 360 recruitment within the IT/Tech sector, capable of managing your desk and building your own pipeline autonomously. A self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment; this is NOT a corporate environment with red tape (regulations and processes). New business proficiency - this role will be new business focused, and you will have complete freedom to target any areas of IT you wish. Seniority Level
