The successful candidate will have proven capability in handling a busy caseload, whilst all the while delivering excellent customer service. You will have the ability to deliver succinct high-quality advice, excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the firm and the team. The role will involve marketing and business development and therefore the ideal candidate must be flexible enough to work outside normal office hours and be comfortable attending a range of marketing events and progressing a variety of business development initiatives. Ideally you will have experience in or an interest in developing a specialism within the Corporate Commercial arena. The team currently advises a wide range of charities, clubs and not for profit organisations, has a strong presence in the health care sector and is developing a technology, media and IT offering. An interest in one of these sectors or another would be advantageous, and the Firm has a record of investing time and resource into helping people develop their own particular niche specialisms. You will need to use your own initiative and provide good succinct commercial advice to clients. You will be computer literate, able to use a case management system and be able to type.
