This role offers a unique opportunity to join our established and supportive multi-disciplinary therapy team in our Essex-based school. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in creating an environment where our pupils can flourish, learn, and develop. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement occupational therapy programs tailored to individual pupil needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective support and communication. Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports on pupil progress. Person Specification
BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification. Significant experience working with children with complex needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What We Offer
