Dispute Resolution Solicitor
A Commercial Litigation Partner is sought to join a leading Essex firm.
On offer is an opportunity to be part of an exciting journey as the firm has key strategic plans in place. Ideally you will have a minimum of 10 years' experience of dealing with all types of dispute resolution matters. You will already be working as a Head of Department, Partner or Senior Associate and will have ties to the region.
The work on offer is varied and can include shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract, consumer disputes, property litigation, professional negligence and contentious probate. You will be able to deal with the day to day management of your own caseload and provide supervision and support to the more junior members of the team.
You will be able to demonstrate exceptional client service, have strong negotiation and communication skills and be able to develop lasting professional relationships.
