Therapies Assistant About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Therapies Assistant to join our team at Hambrook School in West Sussex. As a key member of our education team, you will work closely with our clinicians to provide evidence-based assessments and interventions for our young people. Key Responsibilities:
Provide observations in school settings to better understand our young people's needs. Co-facilitate staff training to support our education teams. Attend multi-agency meetings to ensure collaborative working practices. Contribute to on-going service development through regular forums and discussions. Requirements:
5 GCSEs Grade C or above, including English. Undergraduate degree preferred. Experience working as a therapy assistant or in a similar role is advantageous. Knowledge and understanding of working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Ability to carry out both 1:1 and group sessions under supervision. What We Offer:
