The Sales Development Representative role offers an exceptional opportunity for aspiring sales and marketing professionals to drive sales and growth efforts forward. As part of the SME Sales Team, you will prospect and generate appointments for our Sales Team by qualifying leads and converting them into opportunities using various channels. You will engage with prospects, including business owners, directors, and HR/Payroll professionals, showcasing our products and services, delivering tailored marketing content, and identifying new potential opportunities within our CRM. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation, Qualification & Engagement Contacting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Promptly Qualifying Prospects (BANT) Engaging decision-maker to ensure you're talking to the right person Gauge their purchasing timeline to align your sales efforts accordingly Informing and Nurturing Relationships Maintain a continuous flow of qualified opportunities to the sales team within and support the sales process with effective lead management Report and track performance based on our set of KPI's What We Offer

Experience within a Sales/Business Development Representative role (SAAS/Services company is ideal) Self-starter with strong opportunity qualification, objection handling, and time management ability Good understanding on call structuring, conversation control, and pitching Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills Proficient with standard corporate tools (email, voicemail, MS Office) Comfortable with technology and proficient in using sales and CRM software tools Goal-oriented and motivated mindset to achieve lead generation and qualification targets Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus Join Us
