**The role |**

As an assistant general manager, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team + guests. You will support in continuous coaching + developing your team to be the best they can be whilst driving your restaurant performance and delivering amazing results.

If you... ● focus on creating a positive environment where your team feel cared for + listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritising nurturing + developing talent within your team, role modelling a coaching culture within the management team ● create a culture where all guests feel valued + cared for, ensuring that every interaction reflects exceptional service, whether through your own efforts or by equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset ● actively drive sales through your team, creating challenging + achievable targets, supporting the general manager with budgeting, inventory management, labour management + strategic marketing. Understanding the business + local area to support commercial decision making ● are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions ● really want to understand your team + their needs, recognising what drives them, allowing them to nourish + flourish in their role and career
