Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager will enable the delivery of all billable works. This role will see you ensure that all Billable Works projects are delivered safely and within agreed timelines and budget, oversee and manage the Statutory Compliance state of sites within the area of responsibility, ensuring that any overdue Statutory and Mandatory Tasks are adequately mitigated. You will be managing new build, refurb/refit, and demolition construction projects on a site in Sleaford and 8 other sites in the Leicestershire, Notts, and Lincolnshire area. As such, you must be willing and able to travel as part of your role. What You Need To Do The Job
First and foremost, you should be an experienced Project Manager from a construction background, with HNC or equivalent qualification in Building/Civil Engineering or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. You should have a good understanding of Asbestos Awareness, IOSH Managing Safely, and Legionella Control (L8). Strong IT skills are essential, along with excellent communication and organisational skills. This role requires you to have a full UK driving licence and to be able to pass SC Clearance.
