Project Manager
Location: Coventry
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 + Office Based, Monday to Friday + Performance Bonus + Company Pension + 25 days' holiday + Health Scheme + Free Parking

In this role, you will be responsible for working alongside multiple stakeholders across the business to ensure improvement and development projects are planned, implemented, and seen through to completion. The successful candidate will report to Senior Management and have the opportunity to develop and progress their role in the longer term.

The Role:
Project Manager Progression up to Programme Manager Management of product research, development, and improvement projects Working alongside multiple departments, including Design, Quality, Sales, Testing, Maintenance, Production, Operations, and more Overseeing multiple projects at one time (20-30) Office based, Monday to Friday
The Person: Project Manager/Programme Manager/Project Engineer or similar backgrounds all considered Project management experience in production/manufacturing Relevant industry knowledge - Mechanical Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Assembly, Production, Electrical, Fabrication, or similar all considered Proven experience of capable resource management across multiple stakeholders Holding project management qualifications for example, APM (Association for Project Management) or PLM or Agile Project Management
