Safety Sector Lead - Land Domain Electus is seeking a Safety Sector Lead - Land Domain for our client, who will be the primary expert and principle point of contact for that sector within the company's multi-domain safety capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for knowledge management of land safety regulations and safety standards, maintenance of the technical capability and technical assurance of project and bid outputs. Responsibilities:
Act as the primary expert and principle point of contact for the Safety Sector Lead - Land Domain within our client's multi-domain safety capability Manage knowledge of land safety regulations and safety standards Maintain technical capability and technical assurance of project and bid outputs Work directly on projects, provide support and lead bidding activity Travel to customer sites or attend meetings as required Requirements:
Knowledge and experience of safety assessment and analysis techniques and application across a variety of systems and platforms Ability to apply processes and tools and develop safety evidence for compliance against defence land regulations and relevant standards, with an appreciation of complex defence land systems and platforms Relevant academic qualifications and/or professional accreditations in an engineering and/or safety discipline Good understanding of relevant regulations and standards such as DSA 02: Defence Land Safety Regulator, ASEMS POSMS, Def Stan 00-056 and Def Stan 00-055, with experience of safety assessment and/or independent safety audit Benefits: At our client, employee benefits are designed to ensure you have the resources you need to thrive.
