Full-time Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential developments and manage the refurbishment of Grade I Listed buildings into exclusive residential townhouses. This role requires exceptional project management skills, coordination with clients, and the ability to lead diverse teams of tradespeople, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet stringent quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Oversee all project phases from planning through to successful completion, ensuring the high-end residential standards are consistently achieved. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a premium service experience. Team Leadership:

Supervise and coordinate on-site teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to achieve exceptional standards of craftsmanship and quality, tailored to high-end residential and heritage projects. Quality and HSE Oversight:

Ensure rigorous quality control and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations at all stages of the project. Consultant and Supplier Management:

Appoint and manage professional consultants and specialist suppliers to meet the high standards required for luxury and heritage projects. Financial and Administrative Management:

Oversee technical, financial, and administrative aspects, ensuring projects are completed on budget and within the agreed-upon scope. On-Site Support:

Provide hands-on support for on-site tasks and problem-solving as needed, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to project management. Qualifications:

Proven experience managing high-end residential and heritage refurbishment projects. Strong knowledge of quality control, health and safety regulations, and site management tailored to luxury residential and listed building projects. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to effectively manage complex stakeholder relationships and uphold premium standards of quality and craftsmanship. Ideal Candidate:
