The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, driving, and closing projects within set deadlines and budget constraints. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills to manage project teams and partners, ensuring successful project delivery. The Details... The expansion of our OND product pipeline and the progress of current product development under ISO13485 requires specific project management to ensure project plans meet project business objectives and timelines. In this role, the individual is expected to take full project management ownership of OND projects, including scheduling, resource/material planning, progress reporting and exception management while working within the OND product development lifecycle. Duties include, but are not limited to: Working under the guidance of OND senior management to project manage product(s) under the OND product development process through to product launch and beyond. Provide project management skills and methods to build comprehensive project plans that encompass all aspects of a product development effort. Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and their teams across the business. Ensure project achievements, results and resourcing requirements are clearly communicated to senior management. Secure the resources vital for successful completion of project results according to the project plan. Ensure project roles, responsibilities and accountabilities are clearly communicated, understood and agreed. Implement and maintain regular project updates to both the project team and senior management in OND and ONT. Lead project exceptions in an effective manner to help ensure project achievements are not significantly impacted. Propose and raise solutions to project issues to senior management for review and agreement. What We're Looking For... Educated to a degree level in an Engineering/Scientific discipline, or equivalent experience. A shown level of experience in the project management of IVD device product development from initial development through to launch. Experience working collaboratively with a wide range of partner teams across the business, including R&D, quality and regulatory, operations and commercial teams. Knowledge of ISO9001/ISO13485/CE marking. Experience managing teams through long, complex program implementations. Proven leadership skills and the ability to lead and develop talent. Experience preparing and managing budgets, with excellent data analysis and reporting skills. Strong problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills. A strong business sense and good collaboration skills to meet business needs in partnership with other key stakeholders and functions.
