The company has a turnover of over £25 million per annum and expertise spans a wide range of commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments. The team's experienced engineers and construction professionals are committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. About the Role Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £2m - £10m. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with the end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships. About the Requirements This role is best suited to an experienced Quantity Surveyor with demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork subcontractor. * Degree educated within Quantity Surveying. * 5+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
