As a Business Analyst - Data Governance, you will play a key role in their Markets Operations Transformation team. Your responsibilities will include supporting the implementation of a robust data governance model and driving the data analytics strategy across various teams. Key Responsibilities: Support the strategic direction and implementation of data quality procedures, policies, and controls. Collaborate with the Markets Ops team to assess data concepts and critical data elements. Identify and raise Data Change Request Memos (DCRMs) and partner with Technology and Markets Business to ensure remediation. Lead and manage large, technical data programmes across multiple businesses and geographies. Drive collaboration, communication, and coaching within an agile team environment. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Qualifications: Consistent track record as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, delivering on large, strategic cross-functional projects within a transformational context. Strong working knowledge of Global Markets and Global Markets Operations. Prior experience in Data Analytics and/or Governance would be advantageous. Education and Certifications: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially with a Master's degree. Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PgMP, and/or MBA are a plus.
