Oversee systems and databases, ensuring accurate and compliant data handling. Facilitate audit preparation, monitor regulatory updates, and help maintain CQC compliance. Collect and analyse KPIs to measure performance and inform action plans. Organise, update, and communicate policies to ensure alignment with current standards. Assist with meeting preparation, event logistics, and cross-departmental coordination. About You:

Proven track record in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or social care. Exceptional multi-tasking, organisational, and communication abilities. Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to new systems. Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver with a passion for supporting high-quality care delivery. About Us:
