14/10/2024 Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity to create and deliver the vision for technical publications that aligns to our cutting-edge technology values. In this newly created role as Technical Publications Manager, you will have the opportunity to have a significant impact on our business by driving our technical publications function and ensuring that our documentation leads to an exceptional user experience. We want you to create the digital threads, so that we use our information in an efficient and effective manner. You will do this by working with our marketing, engineering, service, and sales teams to create technical publications that will appeal to internal and external customers. To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience of being a technical author, using relevant software (such as Madcap FLARE, Adobe FrameMaker, or Oxygen XML), and leading a team or project. If you can take technical information and put it into a format that can be easily understood, as well as seeing opportunities to maximize the data that we have and inspire teams to achieve their best, then we would love to hear from you.
