A leading Contractor who specializes in civil engineering and groundworks is looking for a Contracts Manager ideally located in Oxfordshire. They work alongside a host of housebuilders, so experience in residential groundworks would be advantageous.

Role Overview: The Contracts Manager will oversee and manage contracts for multiple residential groundworks projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to foster strong relationships and drive project success.

Experience: The candidate should have experience within the Groundworks Sector.

Responsibilities Not Limited to: Manage all aspects of contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, including H&S, on-site operations, producing and ensuring that programme targets are achieved, and production of RAMS for site-specific operations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract requirements and develop strategies to meet them. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans. Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes that arise. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in contract management. Exhibit good man management and communication skills with an eye for detail, which is an essential aspect of this role.
