Project Manager Required!
Our client is a design and manufacture of specialised process and packaging equipment. They serve a variety of industries, including Pharmaceutical, Aerosol, Coatings and Adhesives offering a full range of services such as designing, testing, supplying, and commissioning the equipment.
Due to ongoing success, they are looking to recruit a Project Manager to work in their Technical office. The role is dynamic and calls on technical, commercial, project and management skills. Position Overview
Managing all aspects and types of projects through the business, from large production lines to small table-top units. Meet overall project objectives for quality, delivery, and cost. Manage & resolve key project risks & issues. Maintain a clear understanding of the current scope of work throughout the project & manage the commercial impact of any changes. Liaising with internal departments to ensure that projects run smoothly, and that technical information is passed on correctly. Corresponding with customers and suppliers on technical issues. Position Requirements
A project manager with an appreciation for project engineering. Experience of managing projects in a technical environment, ideally with extended project life cycles (2 years+). Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry sector with an understanding of GMP and validation principles would be advantageous. Systematic approach to their work with attention to detail. Excellent at building & maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders. Strong customer focus. Able to work effectively with people across departments and shop floor staff. Willingness to travel globally. Position Remuneration
5 working hours per week. Life cover. Company pension. Christmas Bonus. Paid overtime. 23 days + Bank Holidays. £55,000 - £60,000 salary (DOE).
