Main duties of the job Monitor and manage the S117/Secure Caseload list and CAMHS transitions, report new cases added/removed, and liaise with management to effect the changes. Manage the development, collection, production, and processing of information and data, including key performance indicators, to support the analysis and reporting requirements of the CRT Service Manager, MH Directorate Senior Leadership Team, and multi-agency team meetings. Manage the Team Admin staff who are responsible for the Clinical Review Team diary - ensuring that essential duties are covered. To inform the service manager and leads of any problems/deficits and monitor, record, and submit productivity and performance (internally and externally - after Service Manager Signoff).

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Good General Education (e.g. GCSE English and Maths A-C). QCF Team Leading Level 4 / First Line Management Level 3/4 or equivalent.
Experience Essential Experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access). Relevant experience of working in Healthcare. Relevant experience of working in a busy office/customer care environment is essential.
Desirable Experience of working in a Children's Looked After department.
Personal Attributes Essential Work effectively and flexibly as part of a team to meet the needs of the services. Confident in dealing with people at all levels. Ability to travel to multiple sites. Experience of working with vulnerable children and/or young people's services.
