The post will be an integral part of the Application Specialist team and will provide support to the Application Specialists while also having their own work packages to manage.
A good candidate will be able to prioritise their own workload and work with others to provide an excellent service.
Main duties of the job The post holder will work under the Application Specialist Team Lead to help support the team with configuration and incident management tasks. The post holder will be involved in the configuration of both of the Trust's EPRs (Meditech and SystmOne) and support the team in achieving the departmental and team level targets and KPIs. The role will include 2nd line system support and working with both internal teams and 3rd party suppliers to improve current working practices and troubleshoot issues.
