You will evolve in an ultra-dynamic, innovative, agile, internationally-focused structure and integrate our talented teams, full of ideas and motivation and with multidisciplinary skills, at the crossroads of the digital eco-system and the fast-changing automotive sector.

As Free2move's operational lead in your area, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Stellantis dealer network to develop and optimize our rental business. Specifically, you will: Drive the

development and growth

of rental businesses in your area. Implement and expand the

Alternative Transport Provision (ATP)

program for dealerships. Train dealership staff on

Free2move software

and

ATP

warranty processes. Set up

sublease agreements/contracts

with dealerships. Provide commercial reports to dealerships and Group management. Ensure timely payment of invoices from dealerships. Prepare and present

business presentations

for the network and internal stakeholders. Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the dealer network. Identify potential

rental leads

for dealers and Free2move business developers. Monitor and manage the daily operations on the Free2move platform. Design and implement

action plans

to enhance Rent & ATP KPIs. Expected skills:

To excel in this role, you should have:

5 years in vehicle rental or dealer operations. 2 years in sales. 5 years in customer-facing roles. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent computer proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite. Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written). UK driving license and willingness to travel. And also:
