Project Co-Ordinator

You will play an essential role in building and maintaining our client relationships. Leading client accounts from opportunity to invoicing, being involved with deciding on the best solutions to present to our client. This position will allow you to further your career with carefully managed development as well as challenging yourself on complex projects. The role will predominantly be based at the HCS site, with requirements to work at client sites or from home where suitable. Pension and private health care benefits. Key Responsibilities

Coordinating and managing communications and project documentation. Preparation of project progress reports. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and third-party providers. Work closely with various departments to develop solutions from customer requirements, specifications, and legal requirements. Ensure that projects are fit-for-purpose and comply with all legal, statutory, mandatory, and business-critical requirements. Creating quotes and variations covering management of change, detailing work scope and estimating costs accurately. Using project management tools to feedback into the system, so lessons are learned effectively. Regular use of our bespoke computer system and other software packages such as Word, Excel, and Project. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Attend customer meetings, interpret the content of the meeting, and draft work scopes from the meetings. Generate work orders and packs for the workshop fitters/inspection and third parties, accurately detailing all work that requires to take place. Source and, when required, purchase parts and services from third parties for the work orders. Expedite vendors to ensure that purchases are delivered on time and per the purchase order details. Ensure all work and products meet industry standards and customer certification requirements. Review completed work orders and generate an accurate invoice complete with invoice backup for the work carried out. Ensure the system is always accurately updated.
