As the Lead Product Manager (In Life) at Cuckoo, you’ll steer the strategic direction, development, and continuous improvement of our live product portfolio. Working with a dynamic team across engineering, customer experience, commercial, legal, and external partners, you’ll ensure that Cuckoo’s products not only meet customer needs but also keep us ahead of the competition. Define and champion the vision for the ongoing evolution of Cuckoo's products, keeping them fresh, relevant and in tune with customer needs. Own the product requirements for managing the lifecycle of Cuckoo’s core broadband offerings and value-added services – ensuring we always deliver more than expected! Lead the roadmap for customer premises equipment (CPE) and related processes, pushing the envelope on innovation and improvement. Own and enhance the customer self-service tools (My Account web and Cuckoo app) to make life easier and more fun for our users. Seek out market and customer insights, ensuring our products stand out from the crowd and keep customers smiling. Manage key relationships with external suppliers, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, commercial, legal, PMO and CX) to bring product developments to life on time and up to the highest standards. Keep an eye on product performance, using data to fine-tune and prioritize future developments. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, making sure Cuckoo products are as secure as they are delightful. Lead the end-of-life (EOL) and withdrawal processes for products, ensuring smooth transitions that customers will appreciate. Lead and inspire your team, helping them grow while driving towards results and making the journey fun. You should apply if you have:

Relevantexperience in the telecommunications or tech sector, with a strong focus on product management and innovation in a B2C space. A solid technical understanding of broadband delivery and home networking applications. A natural at motivating teams and driving results, even in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Comfortable at navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while keeping the big picture in mind. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization A sharp commercial mindset and an analytical approach that keeps you focused on the bottom line. Experience working in an agile development environment, ready to adapt and evolve as the market changes. Life inside the nest:
