Reporting to the Head of Sales - Asia Pacific and Japan, you will be engaging clients both directly and with the Autodesk sales teams to position the Autodesk Water Infrastructure solutions to the water industry across the ANZ region. You will be driving account management and customer relationship development and working with our pre-sales team to provide guidance and support to your clients going through digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the knowledge and presence of Autodesk's leading water software solutions and help Autodesk’s goal of achieving a more sustainable water future. Responsibilities Accelerate adoption of new solutions by helping clients understand the opportunities for enhanced workflows and support activities that deliver the best outcomes for customers. Lead and own all sales activity for Autodesk’s client market development in your territory through relationship building, product knowledge, planning and execution to ensure adoption of Autodesk solutions. Work with Autodesk teams to identify opportunities and drive market adoption of Autodesk Water Infrastructure solutions. Be the customer's voice and provide feedback to internal teams on how we can better serve our customer’s needs. Develop a strong engagement cadence with industry and technical insights with clients in your assigned territory. Develop a strong pipeline and have an accurate forecasting cadence. Identify recommendations and build compelling internal and external reports and insights. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years in sales of complex industry software technologies. A strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. An enthusiastic and dedicated approach to connecting with customers to gain an understanding of their business outcomes. Be able to explain and use sales processes and methodologies (e.g., TAS, Value Selling, Solution Selling, SPIN, Challenger, etc.). Experience with developing, driving and achieving sales targets with these strategies and plans. You thrive in developing deep customer relationships and managing assigned accounts to result in continued high levels of customer satisfaction and benefit to our customers. Excellent written and verbal communication and a high level in presentation skills. Able to travel as appropriate. Preferred Qualifications Tertiary qualification in an Engineering discipline, preferably Civil or Water. Experienced in managing multiple complex sales across a matrix organisation. You have experience in a multi-tier sales model. You have consistently overachieved on your annual quota. You have worked in an environment where your team is dispersed across the country and APJ region. You are enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire, influence and encourage others, in both relationships with customers and peers. Deep understanding of value drivers and alignment of client outcomes in recurring revenue business models. Strong financial acumen including an analytical and process-focused mindset. Understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer management. Master’s Degree. Salary Transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package.
