The successful candidate will work closely with our main contractor to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Qualifications:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme):
Required First Aid Certificate:
Mandatory Experience:
Minimum 3 years in site management, particularly in fit-out and refurbishment projects Knowledge:
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, construction processes, and materials Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
Supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth progress and adherence to the project plan. Team Management:
Lead, coordinate, and motivate a team of up to 15 workers, ensuring effective collaboration. Health & Safety:
Enforce strict compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections. Quality Control:
Monitor all work for quality assurance, ensuring that all finishes meet the required standards. Resource Management:
Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently, avoiding delays and wastage. Reporting:
Provide regular progress updates to senior management, highlighting any potential risks or issues. Problem Solving:
