Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with the nursery's outstanding standards.
Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
Work collaboratively with the team to support individual children's needs.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
Follow all safeguarding, health, and safety policies to ensure a safe learning environment.
Requirements:
Level 3 Qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
is essential. Prior experience working in a nursery or early years setting. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
