Community Support Worker (Part-Time and Zero Hours)

As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals. You will provide practical and emotional support in line with their care plans, ensuring a person-centered approach at all times. Key Responsibilities:

Provide support with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and meal preparation. Assist with mobility and physical activities, ensuring clients are comfortable and safe. Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being. Help clients engage in community activities, fostering social inclusion. Monitor and report changes in clients’ needs or conditions to the relevant team. Maintain accurate records of care delivered, adhering to confidentiality and data protection regulations. Uphold the company’s commitment to respect, dignity, and compassion in all interactions. What We’re Looking For:

A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine passion for helping others. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families. Flexibility and reliability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if needed. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential). Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not required, as full training will be provided. What We Offer:
