Key Responsibilities Provide occupational health cover to agency staff Support the Company health campaigns within the engagement plan to improve staff turnover Conduct home visits to support long-term sick return to work, reducing absence Advise the site on any changes in law/legislation, minimising legal risks to the company Conduct food handler assessments Advise on preventative healthcare Undertake confined space health assessments, fork lift drivers health assessments, and night shift workers assessments Manage referrals and provide advice regarding capability and rehabilitation
Key Skills Essential Qualification: Degree in Occupational Health
Experience / Knowledge:
Forklift Truck medicals DSE assessment (involvement of Occupational Health if issues arise) Night Worker Medicals New and Expectant Mothers Risk Assessment Skin surveillance Engineers' medicals LGV medicals Vibration White Finger Lead, Asbestos, Radiation
