Care Coordinator

to join our team in meeting the needs of those we serve in the vibrant and diverse locality of Maidenhead, Slough, Windsor, and surrounding areas. This role will give you a great opportunity to grow and take on extra responsibility. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate dignity and respect along with empathy and an understanding of what the clients and carers need. Key Responsibilities:

Allocating work to care workers fairly and appropriately. Monitoring sickness, absenteeism, or holidays and arranging appropriate cover. Communicating handover information to care staff and clients. Participating in the on-call rostered basis. Submitting KPIs on a weekly basis. Communicating with the care team to ensure all client calls are covered. Liaising with clients and family members to match carers to new packages. Maintaining clear, accurate, and up-to-date records for all clients and carers. Contributing to the growth of the branch. Assisting with inducting and supervising carers. Working with the training team to ensure carers' training is up to date. Maintaining skills and undertaking training and development as may be required to maintain practices. Organizing and planning supervision and appraisals for care staff. Key Skills:

Excellent knowledge of CQC compliance. Leadership skills. Good organizational and people skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Able to think fast and make quick decisions. Experience in coordinating, working in a similar environment, or supervisory role. Able to use a digital care planning and ROTA system and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook. Interested?
